We get it—sometimes you change your mind. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

📦 Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes accidents happen. An item is considered damaged if it arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect. Please note: Dented or torn boxes with products inside still in good condition don’t count as damaged.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@snoozan.com.
  • Include clear photos showing the damage.

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no extra cost. We do not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, we can’t control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unexpected issues.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If there’s a problem with your delivery, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance.


📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If there’s a mistake and you don’t notify us within 24 hours of ordering, we won’t be able to resend or refund your order.
